Mike and Sam from G'luck Plumbing changed out a leaking pipe between my house
and our sidewalk. It was a short enough run they trenched the new pipe.
Our water was shut off for about 3 hours and the new pipe
installation looked great (I looked at it before they filled the dirt back in). Sam
had a nice touch with replacing the sod/planters... afterwards it didn't
look like they even dug a trench. The places where they worked inside and out
were left clean. Mike did a nice job explaining everything they were doing
and offered a lot of plumbing insight I thought the price they charged was
very fair and I would highly recommend them for other plumbing jobs.

GREAT and I'm a tough customer! Before I scheduled with G'luck Plumbing, I first ask around
and thought, "yeah, sure, right" but now I completely agree with the
those who said, "Believe the hype!"
As a small business owner who is passionate about customer service myself,
I almost never give anyone 5 stars. Gluck plumbing showed up on time,
a super nice guy (and clean) and tried to charge me $0 for the house call.
Really, $0?!? My clogged sink drain miraculously resolved itself when they arrived.
Because of that, he tried NOT to charge me for the call which took him 1/2 hour
testing my drain (not to mention whatever his drive time was, potentially lost
business on another call, etc). I insisted on paying him his 1/2 hr fee anyway
because it was not his fault my drain fixed itself. He said he would come back for free if it
gets clogged again. I tried to get him to do some other things which he
said I didn't need, though he said he would do them if I wanted but he really
didn't want to sell me something unnecessary.
I have remodeled four old houses from top to bottom so I have plenty of
mixed experience with trades and contractors. I even had a general contractors
license myself. I once had one of the "big guys" come to snake a drain. It was a ridiculous
$400 for less than an hour of work and the guy was more "used car salesman" than
plumber. Ick. Creepy. Never again. Let's all stop
calling the unethical big guys and put them out of business.
Gluck Plumbing is the best of the best which makes it that much more confusing that he is also
the cheapest. It is a winning combination. Please do not hesitate
for a moment to hire him.
